Before you click the "submit" button after completion of the application form, you will need to upload:

  2. Educational certificates
  3. English language proficiency
  4. Letter of reference from the home agency/ Employer
  5. Personal statement - A letter of introduction not exceeding 500 words on your reasons and/or experiences that have shaped your desire to apply for this course of study
  6. Please note there is no "SAVE AS DRAFT" feature. Time required to complete this form is approximately 30min. In order to submit the form successfully, you need to click on the tab "Pre-Course Counselling Information" to read through the essential information. The reading may take another 20 minutes.

Payment Instructions:

  1. Application fee shall be paid upon submission of Training Application Form.
  2. The Training Application Form will only be processed upon receipt of application fee.

  5. E-receipt will be sent after the accounts department verifies your payment.
  6. Application Fee is non-refundable.

    2. Write your name (as in NRIC) and title of course at the back of the cheque

    4. Notify us by email that you have sent the cheque.
